Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Core Issuance platform, APIs, dashboard, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Services
Core Issuance provides card issuing infrastructure, including APIs for creating and managing card programs, issuing virtual and physical cards, processing transactions, and related financial technology services.
Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or card network rule
- Engage in or facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
- Process transactions for prohibited business categories
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Fees & Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described in your pricing plan. Fees are billed monthly in arrears unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Intellectual Property
Core Issuance retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and any applications you build using our APIs.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of cardholder data complies with applicable laws and PCI DSS requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Issuance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if required by law or card network rules. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and you must pay any outstanding fees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
